Because Defiance County does not have its own jail, the arrest and detention process works a bit differently than in counties with their own facilities. The sheriff makes the arrest and creates the booking record. Then the inmate gets moved to CCNO, which is about 25 miles from the city of Defiance. From that point, the regional jail takes over custody and manages the inmate's stay. If you want the initial arrest report, contact the sheriff. If you want to know the inmate's current status at CCNO, check the regional jail roster.
